What is Lutheran Charities? Lutheran Charities is the means of expressing Love and Concern for people in need in our community. It is an organization
that provides help to these persons through 23 agencies. Assistance is given to the young and elderly, the poor and disabled and those with physical or emotional problems The entire community benefits from these
services, not just Lutherans. Lutheran Charities is primarily supported by over 50 area ELCA Lutheran Churches also needs the support of the community to reach its goals. Lutheran Charities is important because
it fills a void in areas of social concern that other agencies either do not support or are unable to support to the degree needed. Help is provided without regard to any religious affiliation. Lutheran
Charities is a 501(c)3 organization that that has been serving this community since 1980. It conducts an annual campaign on behalf of these agencies that help people and make our community a better place to live
for everyone. Lutheran Charities... it's not just for Lutherans. |
