Here are the steps in planting a new lawn: * Completely clear & level the entire area where your lawn will be planted. * Haul away all of the debris you remove in the clean-up process. * Spread several truck loads of top soil, or roto till the exisiting soil. * Rake the area to level. * Choose the correct seed for conditions.
